What the Brige Connect WhatsApp Business Platform costs. Every price includes GST.

Add-on pack — optional Instagram & Messenger inbox, comment auto-reply, publishing to Facebook & Instagram, Meta Ads reporting, Instagram performance reports. All five together; not sold individually.	₹1,000 / month
AI Agent — optional Answers your customers day and night, trained on your products and prices, hands over to your team when asked. No monthly fee — you pay only for the replies it writes, taken from your credits as they are used.	₹1 + GST / reply
Message credits — pay as you go Charged per outbound message at Meta’s own rate for that message plus 10%, with GST — so you pay close to what the message cost. A marketing message costs more than an order update. Free: every message a customer sends you; your first 1,000 replies a month inside the 24-hour window; and all replies for 72 hours after a customer arrives from a Click-to-WhatsApp ad. Credits never expire and can be used to pay your invoice.	₹0.15 – ₹1.02

What you should know before you buy

Billing starts on the day of your first payment and repeats on that date each month. Registering costs nothing.
Invoices are paid from your credit balance. Top up, then pay the invoice from your account page.
Sending stops if an invoice goes more than 10 days past due, or if your credits run out. You keep full access to read your inbox, and sending resumes as soon as you pay.
The number you connect must be free — not already on another WhatsApp API provider, and not signed in to the WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app.
Not included: the fee Meta charges per conversation, billed through us at cost against your credits.

How you pay

Credits are added from inside your account with a card, UPI, net banking or a wallet, processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI details. Payment is in Indian Rupees.
